According to Aptitude Research, 52% of companies increased their investment in TA technology this year. AI is driving many of these decisions and affecting how companies improve efficiency and experiences for recruiters and candidates. Yet, many companies did not see the value of their investments, and only half of the companies surveyed even measured the ROI. For many, TA success is measured by speed, putting pressure on TA leaders to adopt the latest technology innovations quickly. Companies now are replacing their applicant tracking systems (ATS), evaluating candidate relationship management (CRM) solutions, embracing AI (and generative AI), and investing in everything from sourcing to onboarding. But they do not always trust their providers or partnerships. Companies must carefully consider every aspect of TA technology, from recruitment marketing to onboarding and they must do so with a focus on the challenges and priorities influencing the market for talent today.
