Karthik Suri is Cornerstone’s Chief Product Officer where he leads product strategy, development, delivery and alignment of the company’s world-class learning and talent development solutions. Karthik's global team is responsible for bridging the gap between cutting-edge innovation and the practical needs of Cornerstone's 7,000 customers worldwide. Prior to Cornerstone, Karthik held strategic leadership roles as Invitae, GE Digital, PayPal, eBay, Magento, Yahoo! and Barclays. Karthik served on the Steering Committee of the World Economic Forum’s Digital Platform and Ecosystems group and is presently on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Northern California. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Chemistry from BITS, Pilani, India, a Masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and a dual MBA from Columbia Business School and University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
