Brian is one of the most senior buy-side HR and ERP industry analysts globally. Brian stays close to dozens of software firms while also leading several major client projects annually. These projects include software selections, shared services efforts and, for the last several years, a number of transformation efforts.
Brian led Accenture’s global Software Intelligence unit for a decade as well as their Global HR & Finance Centers of Excellence. Brian also led global Finance, ERP & HR shared services projects for major global firms and was a quality assurance partner on large global ERP projects, too.
Brian has won a number of awards for his writing on HR, Finance and ERP topics. He frequently contributes to Diginomica and has published several books on software, software negotiations and digital transformation. His latest book, The Executive’s ESG Playbook, has already triggered a lot of interest in HR circles. Brian is sought out as a speaker and keynoter at major software events globally. He has also written for prestigious publications like Optimize, Wall Street Journal Europe, etc.
